Financing options for gutter installation

  • Step

    Personalized payment plans

Every house and every budget is different. We set up financing options around your project, so you can spread the cost of a new seamless gutter installation over monthly payments instead of paying for it all at once.

  • Step

    Quick online application

Homeowners apply online from home, without a stack of paperwork. The approval process is quick, so financing does not hold up your installation date.

  • Step

    Low interest rates

We work to keep gutter financing affordable with low interest rates. We walk you through the terms before you sign anything, so you know your monthly payment, how many months you will be paying, and the total cost.

  • Step

    Zero down payment options

Zero down options let you start your gutter project without a large payment up front, so you can protect your home now instead of waiting another rainy season.

Fill out the form below and we will help you find a payment option that works for your budget.

How gutter installation financing works

Gutter financing with Gutters Made Easy starts the same way every project does, with a visit to your house.

  1. Free consultation. We measure, look at the roof and the drainage around the house, and talk through what you need.
  2. Your estimate. You get a price for the work your house needs, such as a new set of seamless gutters formed on site.
  3. Apply online. Use the form on this page or ask at your consultation, and we will help you find a payment option that fits.
  4. Review the plan. Look over the monthly payment, the number of months, the interest rate, and the total cost before you agree to anything.
  5. Schedule the work. Once the plan is in place, we put your installation on the calendar.

Your gutters come with the same lifetime manufacturer warranty on materials and 10-year workmanship guarantee whether you pay up front or finance the project.

When financing a gutter project makes sense

Financing makes the most sense when the work should not wait. Gutters that overflow against the foundation, fascia boards that are already soft from years of overflow, or a house getting ready for a sale or an inspection are all good reasons to get the job done now and pay for it over time. It also fits larger projects, like replacing every gutter on the house and adding guards in the same visit.

For small projects it usually is not worth it. If all you need is a gutter cleaning or a quick repair, paying up front is simpler. Call us or book a consultation, and we will tell you plainly which side of that line your house is on.

What to compare before you finance gutters

Any home improvement financing offer is worth a careful read, ours included. A few things to look at before you sign:

  • The APR, not just the monthly payment. A low payment stretched over more months can cost more in total.
  • The total cost of the loan. Add up every payment and compare it with the cash price of the project.
  • Promotional terms. If an offer has a 0 percent or deferred interest period, find out exactly what happens when that period ends.
  • Prepayment. Check whether you can pay the balance off early without a penalty.
  • The credit check. Ask whether applying affects your credit score before you apply.

Some homeowners compare a contractor payment plan with a home improvement loan from their bank or credit union, or with a credit card. That is a smart move, and we are happy to answer questions while you compare.

Options when new gutters are not in the budget

If a full gutter system does not fit your budget right now, you still have options besides waiting for the next storm to make the decision for you.

Repair what you have. Loose hangers, leaking corners and a sagging run can often be fixed for a fraction of the cost of new gutters. Our gutter repair and maintenance work can buy an older system more time.

Do the problem areas first. The gutters over doorways, patios, and the side of the house where water pools against the slab usually matter most. Starting there and finishing the rest later, or adding gutter guards in a second phase, is a reasonable plan.

Finance the whole project. A payment plan lets you do the job once, the right way, and pay for it over time. If you are still deciding whether new gutters make sense at all, our breakdown of what seamless gutters are worth over their life is a good place to start.
